SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer both international and domestic shipping at a competitive rate.
UK Delivery is offered from £4.50, and International delivery is offered from £9.90.
APPROVALS:
- If Artwork Preview Required (+1 Working Day) is selected when choosing your product. Emailed photographs for approval (up to 4 photographs per product (front, back, left side, right side) depending on the number of embroidery locations) will be forwarded at no charge.
- Customers can request a finished sample for approval, however, such samples will be charged at a full unit price (product and embroidery).
OWN GARMENT RISK:
Owned garments brought to us are entirely your own risk. We also have the right to refuse garment decoration on any garment.
CREDIT
We do not offer any forms of credit. Subject to order, 25% deposit will be required before any production begins, with the remainder due on receipt.
CANCELLATIONS:
The following charges will apply if a customer cancels an order:
- If we have not yet started production of the order there will be no charge.
- If the order is in production, the order will be charged in full (product and embroidery).
- If we have produced a finished sample for approval and order is subsequently cancelled, the sample (product and embroidery) and a £25 fee would have already been charged.
Digitizing, editing costs would also apply as per our pricing policy.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
The following charges will apply if a customer changes an order:
- If we have not yet started production of the order there will be no charge.
- If order is in production, the order cannot be changed. The order will be charged in full (product and embroidery).
- If we have produced a finished sample for approval and order is subsequently changed, the sample (product and embroidery) and a £25 fee would have already been charged. Digitizing, keypunching and editing costs would also apply as per our pricing policy.
RETURNS
To return a Printed or Embroidered product: Please contact us at Hello@ibrandeverything.co.uk to request a return. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. This will then be subject to approval.
What can be returned: Any unprinted item or any item printed with one of our stock designs can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear the return will be rejected.
What cannot be returned: Any item that has been personalised with your image, your wording or slogan, or any of our designs that have been adapted with your own text.
The only personalised items that will be eligible for return, are where we have not carried out your instructions for personalisation.
Artwork Return: Please note we cannot return the cost of any artwork carried out.
Returns for refund: must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.
We will only take responsibility for the shipping costs when there is an error on our part with regards to size, colour, style or decoration.
DIGITIZING:
- Each logo is subject to a set-up charge of £18, this is lifetime & will not be affected if only minor changes are made to the size or colour of the logo is changed.
- If you would like a preview of your artwork before logo finalisation, select Artwork Preview Required (+1 Working Day) on the product page. There will be no additional charge for this.
- Simple Text is not subject to a set-up charge.
- We supply digitizing free of charge for orders of 300 pcs or more, per logo.
ORDERS:
- It is understood that our customer has written approval authorizing them to duplicate all logos they are asking us to produce. A customer must be able to provide such evidence if we so request.
- It is understood we will not be held responsible for any design or copyright infringements.
SCHEDULING OF PRODUCTION:
- Production time is consulted with each customer, however we tend to have most items ready within 7 working days.
- For orders we have forwarded a finished sample or email photograph for approval, we will schedule production time only after we have received email confirmation of approval.
